In December 2020, Sam, a native New Yorker, traded her MetroCard and 700sqft apartment for 1.5 acres and a riding lawn mower. Now a full-time resident of Greene County, she co-owns Goodies Bagels in Catskill, New York, and has been spotted gallivanting around town disguised as a Sasquatch.
